Lummele started as a nickname — the one my grandmother gave me. It's a play on Lümmel, German for a rascal: a little too curious, a little too bold, never quite content to sit still.
It felt like the right name for a company built to do many things — and to genuinely enjoy doing them. Disciplined where it counts. Mischievous where it's allowed.
Lummele is a holding company — a permanent home for businesses across industries. We build from scratch, we partner with great people, and we hold what we love for the long run.
No exits on the calendar. We're not here to flip things. We're here to grow them, tend them, and stick around. Forever is the plan.
The first names are taking shape. More to come as the family grows — there's plenty of mischief ahead.
